Mission and Apostolate

The mission of Kasambya Parish is to create a vibrant and welcoming community of faith that is centered on Christ and committed to spreading his message of love and salvation to the world. The parish fosters a community of faith where members come together to worship God, grow in their spiritual lives, and serve one another and the wider community.

The celebration of the sacraments, and most especially, the Eucharist is the source and summit of our Christian life. The sacraments, such as baptism, confirmation, reconciliation, matrimony, and anointing of the sick, are the core of the Catholic faith.

Kasambya parish provides a space for worship and has a responsibility to provide pastoral care to the faithful in the form of offering spiritual guidance, counseling, and support to those who are in need. The parish provides opportunities for education and formation, such as catechesis for children and adults, Bible studies, and other programs that help people deepen their understanding and practice of the Catholic faith.

Kasambya parish seeks to serve the wider community, especially those who are most in need including providing assistance to the poor, the sick, and the marginalized, as well as promoting social justice and advocating for the common good. The parish encourages its members to use their gifts and talents to make a positive difference in the world, to witness Christ and to be agents of love and compassion in their communities.
